* The supply system of oil adopts steam heating indirectly, which will not pollute the oil.

* Adopts the high-efficiency of heat exchanger can save energy; the steam supply is automatically regulated by an electric control valve and keep the oil in the pan at the right temperature to avoid the oil temperature too high to make the noodle cake fried coke or the oil temperature too low to make the noodle cake fried not enough.

* Adopts six valve to control the import and export volume of pan so that can keep the right temperature in front, middle and last of the pan.

* At the end of the frying machine, there is a set of oil blowing device to further reduce the oil content of the noodle cake and lower the temperature.
