Compound Rolling Machine

Compound Rolling Machine is a part of drying noodle making machine.

*Consist of two group of feeder and one group of compound roller. The group of feeder adopts the drawing roller, which can effectively reduce the damage of noodle belt and ensure uniformity.

*The middle roller adopts the steel 45 to deal with T235, the outside cover roller is an alloy scraper 40CrNiMo. The hardness is HRC50 to 55. Each roller is guaranteed to be within 0.10mm, thus effectively reduce the noodle residue.

*Compound rolling machine consist of receiving hopper, primary press equipment, dough input, transmission system, conveying mechanism, intermediate drive device, composite rolling device, adjusting mechanism and frame etc.

 

 

New type of drying noodle production line can produce square noodle cake and round noodle cake. The size can customized by customer. The production line can be designed to produce cup noodle, bag noodle etc. The normal weight of instant noodle is from 40g to 120g, which can be set depends on clients’ needs. The capacity of noodle production line can reach 200,000 pieces per 8 hours, which is usually enough to meet the production needs of large enterprises.
