Automatic Frying Noodle Making Line Compound Rolling Machine:
This is the compound rolling machine of customized frying noodle production line, the advantage of machine are as follow.
1. The middle roller adopts the steel 45 to deal with T235, the outside cover roller is an alloy scraper 40CrNiMo. The hardness is HRC50 to 55. Each roller is guaranteed to be within 0.10mm, thus effectively reduce the noodle residue.
2. The roller support plate adopts whole plant hardening and tempering, pairing and processing so that can effectively guarantee the concentricity and synchronism of each roller, and the surface of roller support is plated with hard chromium and polished.
3. In order to make the Automatic Frying Noodle Making Line Compound Rolling Machine run steadily and reliably, adopt helical gear and chain wheel drive combine to use in drive system. The gear and chain wheel does not exist the situation of slipping, the stability and reliability of equipment is better guaranteed. This can reduce the rate of equipment failure.
