- Steamer
The material of customized dried noodle line steamer is made of stainless steel. The frame is stainless steel sandwich structure, interior filled with high quality Owens insulation cotton that it has good heat insulation effectiveness. The transmission chain have internal network and external network, the external network is connected with continuous rolling machine and climbing machine, the internal network is used to turn the noodle silk in the machine.

1. Design
We make accurate factory layout design of customzied dried noodle line according to customer's factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design with electricity power, water supply, gas power, material storage, final storage, worker's restroom, etc.
2. Installation
We will provide 1-2 engineer to the client's factory for the customized dried noodle line installation and teach totally in 45 days. The client need provide room, food, round-trip transportation, visa and a nominal $100 daily subsidy per person.
3. Teaching
Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. And we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.
