Flour mixer system Flour mixer system is consisted of alkali liquid mixing tank, alkali liquid measuring tank, flour air transport equipment, flour mixer and control cabinet. Usage: Flour mixer is a horizontal with double shaft. The inner tank and the alkali liquid tank are made of stainless steel material. Flour air transport equipment——transport the flour automatic Alkali liquid system——mixing and adding the alkali liquid automatic Flour mixer——mixing the flour

Compound rolling unit The compound rolling unit is consisted of feeder and compound rolling machine. Usage: Feeder we also called it first aging machine, which is stiring the dough to prevent lumps. There are three group roller in here, which can be effectively reduce the damage of noodle sheet and ensure uniformity.

Continuous rolling unit The continuous rolling unit is consisted of six group roller and waving unit. Usage: There are six group roller in continuous rolling machine, which is press the dough sheet more and more thin. And we have a sensor and handle in each group, for convenient our client to adjust the dough sheet thicknees and reduce the weight difference in unit volume. About the waving unit is for slitting and noodle waving.

Cooking machine Uasge: All the material of cooking machine is made by stainless steel 304. We can design singel layer or three layer by customer requirement.

Cutting falling / dividing machine This unit can make three type different noodle shape, which can make square shape noodle, round shape noodle and cup shape noodle. The sqaure shape can be used cutting dividing machine on the below unit. Round shape and cup shape noodle is made by cutting falling machine on the top unit. And we have developed a set of air molding unit for making round or cup noodle more tidy shape automatic, which can reduce 2-3 labors and make the noodle shape more beautiful.

Frying and cooling unit This unit are consisted of frying unit and cooling machine. And the frying unit also included heat exchanger, two oil tank, cleaning broken noodle cake machine. We have a box exchanger unit on the top of cooling machine if you want to make different type unit.

Packaing & shipping

Packing: inside plastic bag, outside wooden case for fried instant noodle production line. Based on the customers' need adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets, etc.
