Work process
① Raw material preparation: Mix flour, water and other raw materials in a certain proportion to prepare dough.
② Dough rolling: The dough undergoes multiple rolling processes to form uniform dough sheets.
③ Cutting and forming: The dough sheets pass through the cutting device to form noodles of specified shape and size.
④ Steaming and frying: The noodles enter the steamer, are steamed at high temperature and then enter the fryer for frying.
⑤ Cooling treatment: The seasoned noodles enter the air cooler to quickly remove moisture.
⑥ Packaging finished products: The dried instant noodles are cooled and tested before entering the packaging machine for packaging.

About Cooking Machine
The cooking machine of instant noodle production line adopts the steam to cook the noodle. The machine supporting 100,000 pcs for 8 hours production line and installation behind the continuous rolling machine and in front of the cutting& dividing machine. The machine has three layers that can reduce space occupation and increase steam utilization rate.

*To achieve the best effect of keeping warm, all the cover are used by keeping warm material.
*All the material of steamer tank made by stainless steel 304.
*The inside and outside of chain net adopts automatic tightening with spring.
*The whole chain is provided with a lead rail to guide the chain. The conveyor net made by stainless steel.
*All the steam piping made by the material of stainless steel 304. Distribution valve is used pneumatic diaphragm control valve from SPIRAXSARCO of UK.
*We have designed the cleaning equipment in outside net to ensure every net belt is clean when touch the noodles. The cleaning equipment has roller for cleaning brush in outside. The rotating motor dives the roller and washes the net belt.
*Design single or three layers by customer requirement.
