Production process
Mixing & Kneading Rolling Slitting Steaming Cutting & shaping Frying Cooling Packaging
Mixing & Kneading
The process begins with an automated system for mixing and kneading the flour. This system should be adjustable to accommodate different recipes and quantities.
Rolling dough sheet & Slitting
After kneading, the dough is fed into a compouding & continuous sheeter that rolls it into a thin, consistent sheet. This ensures uniformity in the thickness of the noodles. And then slitting the dough sheet.
Steaming
The noodles are then steam-cooked to achieve the desired texture. An automated conveyor system moves the noodles through a steam chamber, ensuring even cooking. The steaming time and temperature is adjustable.
Cutting & shaping
A cutting and shaping unit is integrated to form the noodles into the desired shape. This unit should be easily adjustable for various noodle types, lengths, and widths.
Frying
