Steamer technology
Stainless steel is the material used throughout the entire machine. The interior of the sandwich-style stainless steel frame is filled with premium Owens insulating cotton, which effectively blocks heat. The transmission chain is composed of an internal and an exterior network. The internal network is used to turn the noodle silk in the machine, while the external network is connected to continuous rolling and climbing machines.
We provide two different kinds of cooking machines: one is a three-layer steamer and the other is a single-layer steamer. With its unique construction and three distinct sections for the steamer temperature, the single layer cooking machine allows for easier temperature control and adjustment. The best option for you is a single layer if you have adequate room. Naturally, a three-layer steamer uses half the amount of space compared to a single-layer one.
Frying machine technology
Using the heat exchanger to add the oil temperature to 150 degrees before opening the frying machine. After switched on the machine, the noodle cake fall into the chain box which are transported by the dividing machine. The chain cover and the box should simultaneous movement when the noodle cake into the oil pot. Because it can avoid the noodle cake floating off the chain box. The chain box cover is separated from the chain box when the noodle cake floated. The whole process needs 90 seconds. The tapping device strikes the chain repeatedly and shaking the chain box, noodle separated and falling into the reforming machine.
