Customized Noodle Machine is a new generation product developed by our company based on similar production from overseas and domestic market. Making Process
1. Use flour mixer to mix wheat flour and alkali water evenly.
2. The dough drop into the feeder and compound rolling machine. Press the dough into dough sheet, then combining two dough sheets to one dough sheet.
3. Pass the dough sheet to continuous rolling machine and press it from thick to thin. Then the slitter cut it into noodles.
4. Steam the noodles to maximize the gelatinization of the starch in the noodles, making it a product with good edible quality.
5. Cut and fold the noodle strip to noodle cake with the setting noodle weight, then deliver it to the frying machine.
6. After frying, noodle cakes will be delivered to the cooling machine.
