Alkali Liquid System
The brine system of the instant noodle production line is a key part of the production line. It is mainly responsible for mixing and blending water-soluble additives such as salt and alkali that are easily soluble in water.
The main function of this system is supply the water which with salty,alkali and other additive to the mixing machine, also it can keep how much need to supply.
This system including blended container′s part,refrigeration system,Salty weighting-tank′s part,add water atomization by air pressure system,pipeline cleanliness system & electrical control system. Drawing map see the attached map 3(Salty-supply system).
Introduction Of Fresh Noodle Production Line
The fresh noodle production line consists of before the slitter part of instant noodle production line, which has the characteristics of unique process, novel structure, reasonable design, safety and reliability of operation, convenient to maintain. The capacity has 4 tons to 12 tons per shift to choose. There are 300 mm to 800 mm for choice in roller width.
