Making Process
Mixing
Using flour mixer to mixing wheat flour and alkali liquid evenly.
Feeding
Dynamically aging flour in the storage barrel and shattering the conglobation flour, to provide a forming material for a composite rolling machine.
rolling
Passing the dough sheet to compound rolling machine and continuous rolling machine pressing from thick to thin by roller group.
cutting
With one set slitter at the last roller group, which use cut the dough sheet to become noodle strips and making waving.
Steaming
After slittering will delivery to steamer machine for steaming the noodle strips about 120 seconds.
drying
Then, cutting and folding the noodle strip to noodle cake with the setting noodle weight and delivering to the drying machine.
cooling
After drying, deliverying the noodle cake to cooling.
