The automated continuous production includes of flour measuring conveyor, salty blending, measuring water supply, flour mixing, first ripe, compound rolling machine, second ripe, continuous rolling machine, slitting, shelf transportation, cutting the bottom of noodles neatly, drying and putting-down, cutting, etc. The process equipment is the same as the frying noodle production line before the slitter, which has the characteristics of a unique process, novel structure, reasonable design, safety and reliability of operation, and convenience to maintain. The stick noodles are high quality, the appearance is bright, and they have the characteristics of being easy to cook, endure boiling, not easy to break, not muddy soup, and refreshing taste. The capacity is 3 tons to 8 tons optional per shift. There are 300 mm to 800 mm for choice in roller width.
