Introduction Of Drying Noodle Production Line:
Type of drying noodle product is square noodle cake and round noodle cake. The size can customized by customer. The production have bulk noodle, bag noodle etc. There are 30,000 packs to 180,000 packs for choice in per shift. There are 40 grams to 100 grams for choice in per noodle cake. There are 300 mm to 1000 mm for choice in roller width.

Point Of Cooling Machine Design
*The bottom plate set an aeration hole not only to ensure the noodle cake can get through from the bottom but also over-cooling the noodle cake.
*The moisture removal pipe adopts the form of telescopic to change diameter so that the condensate can outflow.
*The driving lever chain can circulate from the bottom plate and make the structure compact, improve the drive accurately.
*The chain guide is designed to ensure the smooth of chain running and increase the rigidity.
*The fan adopts centrifugal ventilation. Each fan has an independent motor, ventilation volume, smooth and quite operation, the air intake can be adjusted according to the needs of production.
