1. Cooking Machine
The cooking machine adopts the steam to cook the noodle. The machine supporting 100,000 pcs for 8 hours production line and installation behind the continuous rolling machine and in front of the cutting& dividing machine. The machine has three layers that can reduce space occupation and increase steam utilization rate.
2. Cutting Machine
Cutting & dividing machine (forming machine) is controlling the middle speed of whole instant noodle production line. The noodle wire from the transition frame enters between the slitter and the anvil shaft according to the cutting noodle fixed length(or falling into box by cutting ) of molding.
3. Frying Machine
Using the heat exchanger to add the oil temperature to 150 degrees before opening the frying machine. After switched on the machine, the noodle cake fall into the chain box which are transported by the dividing machine. The chain cover and the box should simultaneous movement when the noodle cake into the oil pot. Because it can avoid the noodle cake floating off the chain box.
4. Cooling Machine
The whole machine frame adopts the material of stainless steel 201 to weld formation, the cooling tank adopts seal structure and the broadside adopts glass pane to seal. You can directly watch the inner situation when the machine running.
Adopt the decelerate motor to provide the motivation. Used frequency control to suitable the necessary of production.
5. Distributing Conveyor
The noodle cooling by cooling machine through the bottom to distribute, which neatly came down to the distributing machine. The noodle cake are divided into several permutations by dividing rod and deliver to the next machine.
6. Inspection Conveyor
Delivering the finished product by packing area to finished the packing.
